5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to:

Orders canceled before shipment may be refunded minus a 10% processing fee. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

If delivery restrictions apply in your state, your order may be sent to a licensed liquor store for pickup.

All alcohol sales are final once shipped.
