Refund Eligibility

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the damaged item(s). We will review the issue and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item(s), please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange to send the correct product or provide a refund.

Unopened Items

Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may qualify for a refund if returned within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Opened or partially consumed bottles
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Complimentary or promotional products

How to Request a Refund

1) Contact Us

Email sales@worldwineandspiritsinc.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.

2) Return Shipping

If a return is necessary, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3) Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or card provider (processing times may vary)
