At Upstairs Wine and Spirits, we deliver premium wines and spirits to eligible addresses throughout the United States, bringing quality selections straight to your door.

Age Verification & Delivery Requirements

Customers must be 21 years of age or older to place an order. A valid government-issued photo ID and an adult signature (21+) are required at delivery. Packages cannot be released to anyone under 21 or left unattended without an eligible signature.

We ship across the U.S. In areas where local laws restrict residential alcohol delivery, we may arrange shipment to a nearby approved liquor store for customer pickup.

Address Accuracy & Order Cancellations

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Orders canceled because of address errors may also be subject to a 10% processing fee.

Product Information & Order Terms

Unless stated otherwise, bottles listed on Upstairs Wine and Spirits are 750ml, available, and ready to ship. All sales are final. Orders canceled before shipment may be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Shipping & Weather Conditions

We do not recommend ground shipping during extreme hot or cold weather, as temperature changes may affect product quality (including summer heat and winter freezing conditions). Upstairs Wine and Spirits is not responsible for damage caused by weather or temperature exposure during transit. If requested, we can hold your order until conditions improve.

We do not ship alcoholic beverages above 70% ABV (140 proof), including 95% grain alcohol. Products below 24% ABV are generally not subject to hazardous materials shipping restrictions, while products above 24% ABV cannot be shipped by air.

Order Processing & Availability

Prices and inventory are subject to change without prior notice. Order confirmations are usually sent within 3 business days of purchase, and most orders ship within 8 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays or other high-volume periods.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and provide options, including:

  • a full refund, or
  • waiting for restock (typically up to 5 business days)

Packaging & Damaged Deliveries

We use secure, protective packaging designed for shipping bottles safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and provide clear photos of the damage. Refunds may be considered after the damaged items are returned.

Minor seepage or small leaks are not covered under our damage policy. However, we will still work with you to help resolve any major shipment issues.

Weather Damage Disclaimer

Upstairs Wine and Spirits is not liable for product damage caused by weather or temperature conditions while your package is in transit.
